Earlier this summer, Hoffer Plastics Corporation announced that tuition reimbursement will be a new benefit for employees! Not only that, but at Hoffer Plastics, a degree is not required. With ongoing training opportunities, career planning, and apprenticeships, Hoffer is committed to giving employees opportunities that extend beyond the classroom. They encourage all high school students and young adults to consider what a career would look like at Hoffer Plastics.  This decision to provide tuition reimbursement and new opportunities for employees is due to Hoffer’s new “Break The Mold” initiative to rebrand job interest in the field of manufacturing in the Chicagoland Area. Through its video series and the release of its dedicated web page, the custom injection molding leader amplified the voices of its employees who agree they “wish they knew more about manufacturing job opportunities when [they were] in high school” and that “it’s just a great place to work. It’s not just a job.”

Hoffer Plastics offers its employees competitive compensation with profit-sharing bonus opportunities; generous benefits packages including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid holidays and vacations; and a safe, healthy work environment. Hoffer Plastics offers long-term career development opportunities including apprenticeship programs, internal skills training, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development programs.  More information can be found on the Break The Mold web page at HofferPlastics.com.
